Unable to set up credential on this device

In some cases after installing the Beyond Identity Authenticator application on macOS user may get message Please make sure Beyond Identity Authenticator is installed. And the Authenticator application shows a message Unable to set up credential on this device.

The resolution is described in the message on the Authenticator application. Please try again and/or restart Beyond Identity Authenticator.

To restart the Beyond Identity Auhtenticator app on macOS, select quit completely from the application menu. Then restart the application by launching it from the Applications.
