Authentication Approval via Apple Watch

If you have your Apple Watch registered to the same Apple ID that your Mac or iPhone you have registered to, then you can approve authentication requests with your Apple Watch.

When the authentication attempt goes through, you will get a notification on your watch that will look like this:

 

 

You double-click the appropriate button on your Apple Watch, and then the authentication will go as usual from there.
