Windows:

We’ll first need to ensure the Beyond Identity Authenticator is running. You can check the ^ icon in the Windows System tray (near the time & date settings) and then click the Beyond Identity icon.

Once you click the Beyond Identity icon, the Beyond Identity Authenticator will pop up. From there, you can click “About my profile.”

Scroll down slightly, and you’ll see “App Version,” which will be the specific version of the Beyond Identity Authenticator you are utilizing.
macOS:

We’ll first need to ensure the Beyond Identity Authenticator is running. If it is not running, you can launch the app by going to Applications → , then clicking Beyond Identity. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut “Command + spacebar,” which will bring up a search and type Beyond Identity to start the Beyond Identity Authenticator.

Once the Beyond Identity Authenticator is up and running, you will need to select “About my profile.”
