Description
When a macOS user setups a new Mac device from a Time Machine backup, the previous passkeys are still in the local database. The passkey is not present in the authenticator; however, this results in an error when re-register credentials in Beyond Identity as the authenticator thinks the passkey already exists.

The current workaround is to remove the DB files in this location: $HOME/Library/Application\ Support/com.beyondidentity.endpoint.macos/
and then have the user re-register.
