If you are enrolled in Windows Desktop Login, you can reset your PIN or Fingerprint for Beyond Identity once you have logged into your Windows machine.
- On the Windows Start menu, navigate to Beyond Identity > Beyond Identity to open the authenticator.
- Select the passkey in the left pane.
- In the right pane, click About this passkey.
- In the dialog that opens, scroll down to Desktop Login and click View Settings.
- On the Desktop Login Settings page, click Edit beside one of the following to reset your PIN or fingerprint:
- Beyond Identity Desktop PIN
- Fingerprint Biometrics
- Enter your current Beyond Identity Desktop PIN and click Next.
- You will be prompted to enter a new PIN or to reset your fingerprint.
- Click Close when finished.
