This article explains how to submit a support ticket to Beyond Identity.
Submitting a ticket to us is a three-step process:
From the support landing page, select Submit a request from the top right corner
Select the ticket type from the drop-down menu
Write the Subject and Description, please provide as much detail as you simply can. And check if one of the articles would solve the issue already
