How to Submit a Ticket

This article explains how to submit a support ticket to Beyond Identity.


Submitting a ticket to us is a three-step process:

  1. From the support landing page, select Submit a request from the top right corner

  1. Select the ticket type from the drop-down menu mceclip1.png

  2. Write the Subject and Description, please provide as much detail as you simply can. And check if one of the articles would solve the issue already mceclip2.png
