How to Revoke Access to a Specific Device

This article demonstrates how an IT administrator can revoke access to a specific device by managing passkeys in the Beyond Identity Admin Portal.


Use case: I am an IT administrator, and I need to revoke access to a specific device.

Instructions

An administrator will need access to their organization's Beyond Identity admin portal to perform the required actions.

  1. Login to the Beyond Identity admin portal.

  2. Click the Users tab.

  3. Search for the individual by name or email.

  4. Select the individual user.

  5. Click the Passkeys tab.

  6. To select the device(s) that need to be removed hover over the line, and click the Manage passkey icon

  7. Click Delete This Passkey.

    Note: Do not select the passkey line. The Passkey Details tab that opens will hide the Edit button.
