How to Reset a Passkey via Re-enrollment

This article will guide an IT administrator on how to reset a user's passkey via re-enrollment.


Instructions

To re-enroll user, or otherwise reset their passkey and get a new enrollment email sent to the user follow the steps:

  1. Log in to the Beyond Identity Admin Console.

  2. Select Users tab

  3. Find the specific user in question and then click the user name.

  4. Select Enroll a Passkey button

  5. Select the desired email template and click the Proceed & send email button.

    Note: Once this action is performed, the user will lose access to all devices. The user would need to migrate the passkey to their devices after completing the re-enrollment in one.
