Windows Desktop Login

• Required: TPM 2.0
• Minimum Firmware Version: v1.16
• Without TPM 2.0, users cannot enroll in Windows Desktop Login

Platform Authenticator and Web SSO

• Required: TPM 1.2 or higher

Updating TPM Firmware

You can update your TPM firmware through either:

1. Your device manufacturer's website
2. Microsoft's official TPM firmware update tool

Update your security processor (TPM) firmware.

Note: Failure to meet these TPM requirements will prevent the corresponding Beyond Identity features from functioning correctly.
