How to submit a ticket

Submitting a ticket to us is a three-step process:

1. From the support landing page, select Submit a request from the top right corner
2. Select the ticket type from the drop-down menu
3. Write the Subject and Description, please provide as much detail as you simply can. And check if one of the articles would solve the issue already
