This article will guide an IT administrator on how to reset a user's passkey via re-enrollment.
To re-enroll user, or otherwise reset their passkey and get a new enrollment email sent to the user follow the steps:
Log in to the Beyond Identity Admin Console.
- Select Users tab
Find the specific user in question and then click the user name.
Select Enroll a Passkey button
Select the desired email template and click the Proceed & send email button.
NOTE! Once this action is performed, the user will lose access to all devices. The user would need to migrate the passkey to their devices after completing the re-enrollment in one.
