License allocation is based on whether a user has enrolled one or more passkeys in Beyond Identity. Allocation is not impacted by whether a user object exists in the Beyond Identity directory. If the license limit is exceeded, user functionality will not be impacted. Your Beyond Identity Sales Representative will contact you to update your license allocation once it is exceeded.
To verify how many licenses are used:
- Open the Admin console.
- Click Insights.
- Click Daily Enrollment and Activity Summary.
- View the Total Enrolled IDs under Deployment Snapshot.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for each tenant (if needed).
- Compare the total number of enrolled IDs from each tenant to your license allocation.
