Configure macOS notifications

This article outlines the details of how to configure macOS notifications.

In the macOS platform authenticator version 2.88.0 and later, the identity verification notification has been moved to a macOS native notification dialog.

The user can configure these notification settings via the macOS settings tool. For example, disabling the sound notification can be done by toggling the "Play sound for notification" option.

Open macOS Settings and navigate to the Notifications tab.
