We identified a minor issue with the 2.84.1 release for Windows platforms, which we promptly resolved by reverting the release.
The issue with this release prevents the app from launching and closes itself immediately.
The broken version was available between 4:01 PM CDT to 5:15 PM CDT on 8/7/2023.
Some clients who didn't dismiss the upgrade prompt may have installed the impacted version later than the time we reverted it.
If the user dismisses the prompt, they will not be impacted by this problem.
Please do not worry if you have already installed the version, as the recovery process is straightforward.

No need to explicitly uninstall the impacted version when upgrading to the latest version.
