This article explains how to reset your Windows Desktop Login PIN or fingerprint in the Beyond Identity Authenticator after logging into your Windows machine.
If you are enrolled in Windows Desktop Login, you can reset your PIN or Fingerprint for Beyond Identity once you have logged into your Windows machine.
On the Windows Start menu, navigate to Beyond Identity > Beyond Identity to open the authenticator.
Select the passkey in the left pane.
In the right pane, click About this passkey.
In the dialog that opens, scroll down to Desktop Login and click View Settings.
On the Desktop Login Settings page, click Edit beside one of the following to reset your PIN or fingerprint:
Beyond Identity Desktop PIN
Fingerprint Biometrics
Enter your current Beyond Identity Desktop PIN and click Next.
You will be prompted to enter a new PIN or to reset your fingerprint.
Click Close when finished.
