This article demonstrates how to create and manage IP address lists in the Admin Console, allowing you to reuse multiple IPs, ranges, or CIDR blocks in policy rules without redefining them for each rule.
You can create a policy rule where specific IP Addresses can be used. This allows you to define attributes that rely on multiple unique values in a single place rather than having to re-add these criteria in multiple places and/or create many rules to achieve a goal.
To create IP address lists
Open the Admin console and select Policy in the left nav bar.
Click Manage attributes.
Click Add IP list.
Under Add IP list, complete the following:
Enter a name for the list.
Enter a comma-separated list of IPs, IP ranges, and/or CIDR blocks.
Click Save Changes.
Create a new policy rule and choose between user agent and authenticator IPv4, and select IP lists from the drop-down to the right. Select a named list and configure the rest of your rule before saving. For more information, see How to define policies.
Note: You can click the three vertical dots to the right of an existing list in this dialog to edit or delete it.
