TPM for Windows platforms requirement

Windows platforms will require TPM 2.0 to enable Beyond Identity to work. If this is not enabled, the user will not be able to authenticate.

The firmware requirement for TPM 2.0 is at least version v1.16, which can be downloaded from either your device's manufacturer's website or directly from Microsoft. The below link will direct you to Microsoft's page to download and install the firmware version for TPM 2.0.
