How do I extend my existing Passkey to a Windows device? – Beyond Identity

This article provides a walk-through on migrating your Beyond Identity Passkeys to a Windows device.

NOTE: We have updated the term from "Credential" to "Passkey" to align with what the industry has agreed to use.

After installing the Beyond Identity authenticator onto your Windows device, click through the intro, or if you have an existing passkey, click the Add Passkey button.
Next, click the I have a passkey on another device button.
You can type in a code from your other device, or scan the QR code if possible.
If your device meets your organization's policy requirements, the credential is added to the authenticator, and you will get a banner indicating successful migration.
