This article will guide an IT administrator on how to reset a user's credential via re-enrollment.
There could be times when you need to re-enroll an existing user back into Beyond Identity. This article will provide an overview of how this can be accomplished.
Log in to the Beyond Identity Admin Console.
- Select Users tab
This section will have a list of users that are currently utilizing Beyond Identity. Find the specific user in question and then click the user name.
Select Enroll a Device button
Click the Proceed & send email button. Keep in mind once this action is performed, the user will lose access to all other devices. The user would need to migrate the credential to their devices after completing the re-enrollment in one.
