This article explains how to use the Authentications and Passkey Overview page in the Beyond Identity Admin Console to monitor fleet activity, analyze passkeys and authentications, identify potential risks, and drill down into detailed metrics by location, platform, OS, or app version.

Use this page to assess your overall fleet composition. It provides a breakdown of authentications over the last 0-90 days as well as information about passkeys (added,, number of, etc.). It includes interactive filters, widgets displaying passkeys, devices, and authentications. You can drill down into details and export or share.

You can access the Authentications and Passkey Overview page in the Admin console by selecting Insights > Authentications and Passkey Overview tab.

Under the Authentications and Passkey Adds widgets, you can click the number of incomplete authentications or attempts to add a passkey to view details about why the action was incomplete. This may help identify a risk or can help you to reach out proactively to a user to help them resolve an issue.

Authentication counts by location

The map and related list shows the location users authenticated from. If you see a number of authentications from a location where users don't live, you may want to drill down to see if there is a possible risk.
